About Mike

I made my first real estate transaction in my early twenties, and since that day I have been hooked - buying and selling property is my passion. I am also a family man with family values. Honesty & integrity are at the core of who I am and what I do.

I have lived on the North Shore of Vancouver since the late eighties, and just love our communities and lifestyle.  Growing up the son of a builder, we moved a lot. At the time it was a bit of a burden, but now it gives me a unique perspective having lived in so many of the North Shore's communities; from Eagle Harbor to Dundarave, Ambleside to the British Properties, Upper Lonsdale and all the way out to Deep Cove.  My experiences in these places give me a depth of knowledge that my clients can take advantage of.

After graduating from Collingwood School, I studied Economics at SFU, and then moved to London, England to start a career in Investment Banking, working for one of Wall Street’s most prestigious banks.  The time I spent in this industry taught me the fundamentals of buying & selling, but perhaps more importantly I learned the value of exceptional client service and satisfaction. Each one of my clients is my number one priority, and to me a completely satisfied client is the only thing that counts.

I also have a wide network of contacts in Greater Vancouver, and have strong relationships with some of Canada's largest property developers, local real estate lawyer's, commercial realtors, mortgage brokers, notaries and contractors.  When we work together, my network becomes yours.
